Rachel (she/her) is an International Representative in the IATSE Broadcast Department and a proud Charter Member of Local 444. A former broadcast technician, Rachel spent nearly 15 years covering professional and collegiate sports for networks including CBS, FOX, and NBC. She was first organized into the IATSE in 2015 while working with Golf Channel.

In 2018, Rachel transitioned from the field to full-time union work, leaving her broadcasting career to pursue her passion for the labor movement. Today, her work focuses on organizing, collective bargaining, and strengthening IATSE Broadcast Locals across the country, with a particular commitment to building greater stability and opportunity for freelance sports broadcast technicians.
