Kimberly A. Holdridge is a distinguished labor leader with more than three decades of service to working people across Florida and beyond. A veteran of the United States Air Force and a lifelong advocate for equity, dignity, and worker power, she currently serves as President of the Florida AFL‑CIO, where she leads a statewide federation representing over one million union members, retirees, and their families.

Holdridge’s labor career began in the entertainment and live events industry, where she spent 32 years with IATSE Local 631 in Orlando. Her tenure included two decades as Financial Secretary, followed by election as Business Representative, where she guided the local through major industry shifts, contract negotiations, and membership growth. Her leadership was recognized nationally when the 118th U.S. Congress honored her in 2023 as a distinguished Central Florida leader during Pride Month.

In addition to her statewide role, Holdridge served as Secretary‑Treasurer of IATSE District 14, representing workers across Florida, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Her work in District 14 strengthened regional solidarity and expanded support for workers in film, live entertainment, and exhibition industries.

Holdridge is widely respected for her strategic vision, her commitment to mentorship, and her ability to blend operational precision with deep empathy. She has long been active within the Florida AFL‑CIO’s Executive Board, COPE, and Finance Committee, and is a proud member of the IATSE Pride Committee, where she champions the intersection of labor rights and LGBTQ+ equality.

Known for her bold leadership style and her unwavering belief in the power of collective action, Holdridge continues to shape the future of Florida’s labor movement by uplifting new leaders, strengthening community partnerships, and advocating fiercely for working families.
